Poor connectivity does not impair Alien to stay synchronised with the host server. The system was developed over the years by having installations in very remote places.
Remote support is managed using the same asynchronous communications allowing 98% of support being done in minutes and online.
All installations run their own data set and can rebuild themselves from the server or vice versa during disaster recovery.
Certain Alien business module related networks will run on all versions of Windows or Android, including server additions.
